Our terms and conditions are very simple, from the moment you become one of our valued customers we shall try to make your shopping experience with Purely Roses Limited pleasurable and hassle-free. By placing an order with Purely Roses Limited, you will have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
The prices and availability of goods on the website are subject to change without notice. If an item is not available we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of any changes to your order – In the event of any supply difficulties resulting in the roses that are needed to make up your order fall below our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute products with an alternate rose of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where this is necessary, and the substitution is significant, we will try to contact you via email. If you wish to discuss the substitution we have made please do contact us to discuss. Please note that foliage and sundries may be substituted without prior notice.
We will do our best to contact you during the time that we make up your order; however if we haven’t managed to reach you through the contact methods supplied we will assume that you accept the substitution.
We take care to ensure that the descriptions of our products are correct; nevertheless, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the computer systems used by you.
We have done our utmost to ensure that our roses reach you in best condition and that damages do not occur. On the rare occasions that damages do occur please ask the recipient to contact us immediately so that we can arrange replacement of roses or a full refund – our aim is to satisfy and supply best quality at all times.
From time to time, special offers will be posted on our site – these may include discounted product displayed on our site or discount vouchers. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.
Our special offers are contingent on the availability of products, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time without prior notice.
The information we collect via the website will only be used for dealing with orders and accounts and processing payments and fraud detection. If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of buying from our site, we will only take liability for the first £50 of your loss. We will work with your credit card company, however as they are obligated to be responsible for anything over that amount.
We will not pass on any personal information to any third parties and will only use your details to contact you regarding your Purely Roses purchases; you agree that we may email you as a means of communication.
You are entirely responsible for all actions undertaken using your username and password, whether by you or any other person. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. There is limited access to Customer Account information by employees of Purely Roses Limited.
