Returns Policy

Purely Roses 'Customer Satisfaction Policy' is in place to ensure that your shopping experience is the best it can be.

We do our utmost to ensure that our roses arrive at their destination in perfect condition. That’s why we stock the freshest flowers possible! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your roses then contact us immediately and we can arrange to resend a replacement bouquet for next day delivery.

Or, if you prefer, we will refund fully or partially the cost of the roses depending on the circumstances, (less the cost of delivery). Roses need to be returned or photos supplied of the damaged product, as we want to ascertain how best to solve the problem for future deliveries, allowing us to improve the service that we offer to our customers.

Our policy applies to complaints recorded within three days of delivery - due to the perishable nature and high quality of our product we are less likely to reimburse funds after this time but will consider every case on the merits of the complaint.
